Having bought a new waterproof jacket last week, I indulged myself by ordering a pair of Craghoppers' KIWI convertible walking trousers.
They're described as

I'd say the cut is not traditional in that they are low-waisted, but, I'm generally pleased with the fit. I bought a size larger to allow for plenty of movement as well as comfort when sitting down.
Added bonuses
- They convert easily into shorts
- They were 62% cheaper from Amazon.
Short size is 2" too long when barefoot, but should be OK when I'm wearing boots.
Really looking forward to getting out and about again.
