birthday weekend.
The weather was glorious and The Daughter and Son-in-Law drove up to celebrate with me on Saturday in their new motor.
Lots of edible goodies for presents this year, a case of half-bottles of Champagne selection and two bottles of Robert Caillot from MWNN, and a F&M hamper filled with some of my favourites and lots of new things to try (including the Abel and Cole Cookbook) from the young 'uns.
Best present of all - my knee seems to be on the mend and I can begin to think about a rehabilitation and back-to-fitness regime.
