Someone's misunderstanding of my attempts to be helpful and ease the workload of others really upset me yesterday. So much so that I'm seriously thinking of pulling out of an organisation of which I'm a founder member and in which I've been involved since 2005.

I'm holding onto my 'live in the moment' mantra and trying not to let it interfere with my enjoyment of today.

There's a planning meeting of my knitting group this morning which will keep me busy.

 Then I'm going to have a relaxing afternoon  knitting myself back together with something mindlessly repetetive while listening to the radio.
