A sense of perspective is vital to keeping sane and avoid small problems that can unnecessarily overwhelm us. If we lose perspective we can end up worrying for hours about things that may never even happen. To keep things in perspective it is particularly important to live in the present moment and avoid being overwhelmed by fears and concerns about the future.

I'm trying very hard to 'live in the present', starting with a 'spa' bathtime experience with lots of Hitchin lavender bath products and aromatherapy candles.

Following that with a lunch of turkey salad with freshly-baked wholemeal bread and fresh goat's cheese from Wobbly Bottom Farm that I purchased at the Farmer's Market.

Then, it's an afternoon watching The Rugby for MWNN and knitting for me.
