We arrived at Blackshore shortly after 2pm on Wednesday. After lunching at the Harbour Inn, we took possession of the shoreline cottage.
It's cosy and warm, with everything we need for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The wood-burning stove is a bonus brownie point scorer.
MWNN and Ron stretched out on the generous sofa, basking in the heat.

At night, there are 'fairy lights' along a stretch of the jetty. Otherwise, the skies are dark, and full of stars. Sunrise on Thursday was misty with the promise of sunshine, which soon followed.
