Holiday house

in Southwold.

This is probably the most spacious and well-appointed holiday place we have rented. The three-bedroomed house stands on the corner of two private roads with access to the marshes alongside Buss Creek. At night, it is totally dark as there are no streetlights.

There is a spacious sitting room with Plastma TV, Freesat, and wifi. The roof above this section is raised, with skylights in each side.

There is a further armchair and sofa behind the camera.

The furniture is Colonial inspired, as is the decor.

The house is detached, with a country garden on three sides.

There is a conservatory in which we have enjoyed afternoon tea twice, so far. Beside the conservatory is a small study accessed by steps from the terrace.
