The Bird in Hand was full of locals, many of them enjoying a drink in each other's company. Ron joined us to share the Roast Lamb (with all the trimmings). A half of Greene King IPA for MWNN and a half of Aspals draught cider for me.
I wouldn't like to make a regular thing of having lunch out, but - a change is as good as a rest, so they say.
