More sleep improves EVERYTHING.





I found this article recently and it made a lot of sense.
"Some of the symptoms you may experience when not getting enough sleep include feeling fatigue, having low energy, falling asleep all too easily, having memory problems, and feeling irritable."





So, am I

  • feeling fatigued - ✔
  • low energy - ✔
  • falling asleep easily - ✔
  • memory problems - ✔
  • irritable - ✔ 
Seems that sleep (along with enough tea during the day) is the answer to these problems.

 - but we all knew that, didn't we?
