Today I be mainly grateful for

the quality of life I have in the place where I live.

Food in fridge - check

"If you have food in the fridge, clothes on your back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of the world.

Small change in dish - check

If you have any money in the bank,  your wallet, and some spare change in a dish somewhere, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.

More health than illness - check

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million people who will not survive the week.

Peaceful environment - check

If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the agony of torture, or the horrible pangs of starvation, you are luckier than  five hundred million people alive and suffering.

Reading is a pleasure - check

If you can read this message, you are more fortunate than the three billion people in the world who cannot read at all." ~ Unknown author.
