It wasn't quite so relentless yesterday but confined its downpours to the times I was in the opticians and the hearing aid place. My hearing aid was due for its 6 monthly maintenance checkup - I got some nice freebies for keeping the appointment. I also ordered some new sunglasses that are large enough to give complete protection for the eyes.
What? You knew I was an optimist didn't you? There will be more sun to come, probably in early autumn when we return to the boat.
