Fish pie recipe
Fish pie mix (cod, smoked haddock, salmon) Tesco does a nice one on the fresh fish counter
Half a bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Sachet of ready made sauce for fish (parsley and lemon is good)
Mashed potatoes
Method
Peel, chop, boil and mash potatoes
Cook fish in gratin dish in microwave on full for 3 mins
Make up fish sauce
Add half frozen veg to fish, pour over fish sauce
Top with mashed potatoes.
Grate cheese (if liked) and add to top of pie
Cook in high oven for about 20 - 30 mins
