A new trailer for Sherlock Season 3 shows Benedict Cumberbatch’s consulting detective — alive and well after seemingly falling to his death in last year’s season finale. Doctor Watson was there, witnessed the fall, confirmed the body was dead, and attended Sherlock's funeral. The audience glimpsed Sherlock's silhouette watching Watson beside the grave so we knew the death had been faked. What we didn't know was how it was done.
I don't care how you faked it, I want to know why," Watson tells his friend in the Trailer.
Well, I, for one, do want to know how and, judging by the fan activity on the forums after Season 2's finale finished, I'm not alone.
