Today is

Ash Wednesday - the beginning of Lent.

What are you giving up for Lent?   Try something different. Instead of denying yourself physical pleasures, commit to positive thinking and rid yourself of ways of thinking that are harmful to your mental health.

Give up some or all of the following:

1. Negative thinking.

2. Worrying about things you cannot change.

3. Emotional reasoning.

4. Catastrophising.

5. 'Should' statements.

6. Mind Reading.

7. Fortune Telling.

8. Mental Filter.

9. Personalisation.

10. Overgeneralisation.
