After the smart-phone fiasco with Tesco Direct, I feared the worst when the wine I'd ordered hadn't arrived by 7pm on the designated delivery day. So I emailed my complaint at 7.15pm. The wine was delivered an hour later.
Not only that, I had a phone call today following up my complaint and refunding £11 for the delay. I'd already used Clubcard Vouchers to the sum of £9.50 to pay the bill. Both cases of wine were half-price. A very nice present for MWNN at an extremely reasonable price with an apology from Tesco Direct thrown in for good measure.
