With on-going knee problems, my fitness schedule has changed. My gym routine is just one of three different sessions each week.
- Monday - gym (30 mins)
- Tuesday - WaterWorks (45mins)
- Wednesday - Well being workout (45 mins)
Just need a pair of aqua shoes to ovecome the slip/slow-mo jogging which is mildly embarrassing due to no forward movement when I try to jog along with the others in the class.
