Champagne is for sharing.

One of my Red Hatting friends invited me over to her new flat yesterday. We are re-forming the Red Hat Singers, a group which performed at last year's Christmas Tea@3.

I took a half bottle of N Potie Rose champagne and we had a glass with our afternoon cake. The Champagne was quite lovely, red fruit flavours and not a hint of the sharpness I remember from the tasting at the Champagne house in June. This is one to add to the Christmas shopping list, along with the Blanc de Blancs we opened at a family gathering a few weeks ago.
