Tuesday is Singing Group but there wasn't one last night. Our Director was elsewhere and one of our members had the bright idea of having a meal together - to get to know one another better.

She booked a table at Café Rouge, where 12 of us gathered at normal 'kick-off' time. Someone had two-for-one offers from Red Magazine so we all tucked into a two course meal for less than £15 a head.

We had such a good evening. It was almost as good as a Singing Aloud session - but with more calories.
